Dear Support Team, while creating a Risk Type in the Calculation → Consequences section, I noticed that the dropdown menu offers only the following functions: SUM, MIN, MAX, and AVG. However, for my use case, I also need a multiplication function, which is currently not available. Could you please clarify: Whether the multiplication function is supported in this part of the system, and If not, whether its implementation is planned and if there is an estimated timeline? There should be the option to synchronize users of a specific Entra Group to Formalize, so I don't have to create users in formalize manually. Currently I can only sync full list of all users as employees to formalize, which are not used for login permissions as users.

It will be possible to duplicate a resource to reuse the information stored on another entity. For now this will mean only duplicating the information on the resource not duplicating any connections

In Automation for Task creation, there is the Interval options. Ideally, we would have the option for Workdays and not just Days to account for weekends. Better yet, the system would allow for a customised calendar where public holidays can be added, and these days are also skipped. the latter is advanced feature that would be good to have but the former is basic functionality in due dates.

There are no API functionalities to create, modify or delete Tasks. Limitations of Formalize or enhanced connections can be tackled via API when it relates to tasks, but no such API is available.
