Feature Improvement
Improved Risk Score Matrix and Gauge for clearer insights
You can now view the Risk Matrix and Gauge in a unified style, giving you a seamless experience and making it easier to interpret changes at a glance. The Risk Score Matrix now mirrors the Gauge’s colors and design, so everything looks consistent.
What's new
:→ Visualize the
risk score
 progression
on the matrix and gauge as a trace of how scores change with each mitigation, including Inherent
, Residuals
, Target
, and Current
versions.→ Toggle the progression on or off from the cogwheel button next to the risk score views: when off, only the current risk score is shown.
→ Your view preference (matrix, gauge, progression) is remembered for next time.
→ Helpful tooltips appear when hovering over risk labels, and overlapping points are merged or slightly spaced for clarity.
How this benefits you
:→ Spot trends quicker and track risk changes from one place.
→ Interpret risk scores more intuitively, and save time when reviewing changes.

new
Feature Improvement
New range attributes in numeric calculations
You can now configure which range attributes are available for numeric calculations across all
Resources
, directly from Settings
. Choose which range attributes to include: color
, description
, numeric value
, and data report value
. What’s new
:→ Colors are now shown when using ranges as groupers in statistics.
→ Descriptions appear below the result for added context.
→ Validation improvements prevent saving calculations with overlapping or invalid ranges (e.g., when the start value is higher than the end).
→ When adding a new range, the start value is automatically prefilled with the previous range’s end value.
How this benefits you
:→ These enhancements make your results clearer, more accurate, and easier to interpret, helping you make faster, better-informed decisions.

new
Feature Update
Create dynamic logic more easily in Custom Fields
We’ve added new conditional options when configuring single-select and multi-select custom fields in
Settings
, making it much easier to create dynamic field logic without tedious manual setup. What’s new
:-> New conditions for both field types:
is filled
 and is not filled
.-> For multi-select fields:
has not selected any of
and has not selected all of
.-> For single-select fields:
has not selected any of
(in addition to existing options). How this benefits you
:-> Build complex field logic faster and with fewer manual selections.
-> Reduce setup time and errors when configuring dependent fields.

new
Feature Improvement
Use actual calculated values in numeric calculations
You asked, we listened! You can now choose whether to use the numeric range value or the actual calculated result from another calculation. This gives you greater control over how data flows and interacts between fields.
What’s new
:-> Option to use the output from another calculation directly.
-> Choose between the numeric range value or the actual calculated value.
How this benefits you
:-> Build more dynamic and connected calculations.
-> Ensure results reflect real-time calculated values, not just static ranges.

new
Feature Improvement
More intuitive and interactive risk score
We’ve upgraded the Risk score gauge and matrix to make them more informative and visually intuitive. They now display color-coded ranges that highlight different risk levels, with labels shown on top for quick reference.
What’s new
:-> Multi-color range visualization to clearly indicate risk thresholds.
-> Needle animation when adjusting probability or consequence values on the form (as demoed below).
-> The risk score can now be seen in the matrix as well with a white circle and the number on it.
-> Top labels for easier identification of each range.
-> Option to toggle between the gauge and matrix/bar-chart view.
-> Available across all risk pages, including create, edit, and mitigate.

new
Feature Update
Manage questionnaire completion with approvals
You can now add an
Approval Flow
to a questionnaire, just like you can for policies, risks, and suppliers. This ensures each response is reviewed and approved by the required reviewers before being marked as completed.Existing questionnaires continue to work as before, so you can enable Approval Flows without affecting previous setups.
We’ve also made small improvements to the questionnaire view
:- Click the questionnaire name directly from the response page to quickly navigate to it.
- Responses from anonymous users (for publicly shared questionnaires) are now labeled as “unknown user.”
- When a response is changed or updated by an automation, it is now clearly logged as “automation”.
What’s new
:-> Responses require approval when an Approval Flow is added.
-> Approved responses are marked as completed, triggering any completion automations and email notifications.
-> Rejected responses return to “In Progress,” allowing respondents to update and resubmit.
-> Disabling an approval flow now only affects new responses; ongoing reviews are not cancelled.
-> Users who submitted a response are now notified when it is approved or rejected.
-> Users requesting reviews on Tasks, Suppliers, Risks, or Policies will be notified when their review is approved or rejected.

The policy editor is now more user-friendly! We’ve made several updates to make creating and editing content smoother and more intuitive.
What’s new:
-> Applying a heading now always overwrites formatting when pasted from Word.
-> Drag images directly from your computer into the editor.
-> Copy an image from your browser and paste it into the editor (dragging from the browser window is not supported).
-> Add tables directly from the editor.
-> The toolbar is now always visible and sticks when scrolling.
How this benefits you:
-> Edit policies faster and with less formatting hassle.
-> Easily add images and tables to enrich your content.
-> Keep key editing tools accessible at all times.

All elements now benefit from calculations and insights based on the connections you define. You can include values from connected elements (Assets, Policies, Suppliers, etc.) in numeric calculations, allowing for more accurate, flexible, and dynamic formulas that update automatically as connections change.
How this benefits you
:-> Create more flexible, data-driven calculations.
-> Get instant visibility into aggregated data (e.g., total contract value per supplier).
-> Gain deeper insights from connected data across the platform.

New automation trigger for Risk
Automations can now be triggered when a Risk/risk version is created or updated. Note that creating a Risk automatically creates its first Risk Version.

The New Connections Experience Is Here!
We’ve improved the way you work with Connections in the platform. We are introducing a unified way to create, edit, and view connections across all resources. This redesign brings clarity, consistency, and flexibility to how you set up connections making it easier to understand, configure, and leverage your data.
To make the transition seamless, all your existing connections have been migrated into the new unified Connections section. You’ll now find everything in one place, with more options to expand and customize connections going forward.
What's new:
→ The old Data Connections field when creating elements (like Assets) has been removed. Instead, you’ll use the dedicated Connections section in each resource.
→
Your existing connections are already available in this new section
. To add new ones, follow a 2-step workflow: First go to Settings
and select the resource you want to connect. Then scroll to the Connections
 section and click + Create
 to add a custom connection.
How this benefits you:
→ Connect any elements; Assets, Suppliers, Systems, Processes, and more in the way that fits your workflow.
→ Give connections meaningful names, and allow multiple connections per element.
→ All elements now benefit from calculations and insights based on your defined connections.
