There should be the option to synchronize users of a specific Entra Group to Formalize, so I don't have to create users in formalize manually. Currently I can only sync full list of all users as employees to formalize, which are not used for login permissions as users.

It would be really beneficial if Formalize could include a BCP (Business Continuity Plan) module where teams can build their own BCP strategies and assign them to specific processes, assets, etc. A useful feature could be a small wizard to guide users through detailing a BCP, especially for smaller companies that may not have much experience with BCP design and implementation. The wizard could help them define a BCP for critical processes. For more experienced users, there could be an option to build their own BCPs without using the wizard. Additionally, BCPs could be linked to risks as a mitigation strategy.

If an Automation fails, unless you review the runs for each automation periodically no one is aware of the failure. Notification should be sent to the user logged in that triggered the automation to run, be it manual, or through a change in a field that triggered the automation via email or system notification.

In Automation for Task creation, there is the Interval options. Ideally, we would have the option for Workdays and not just Days to account for weekends. Better yet, the system would allow for a customised calendar where public holidays can be added, and these days are also skipped. the latter is advanced feature that would be good to have but the former is basic functionality in due dates.

We’re making it possible to link custom fields directly to data from resources like assets, employees, systems, suppliers, and customers. This removes the need for manual input, keeps workflows up to date, and reduces maintenance.

There are no API functionalities to create, modify or delete Tasks. Limitations of Formalize or enhanced connections can be tackled via API when it relates to tasks, but no such API is available.

The ability to see and track changes in policies across different policy versions.
