We’re expanding automation capabilities so controls and risks (and risk versions) can now be updated directly through automation actions. This makes it easier to maintain consistent, end-to-end workflows, reduce manual updates, and keep critical data accurate as processes evolve.

This enhancement will allow a single custom field to support multiple reporting values, so the same data can be reused across different reporting needs.

We’re adding support for custom deadlines within workflows, allowing regulatory and internal timelines to be defined directly in the process. These deadlines will be visible on the relevant entities, helping teams stay on top of required actions and avoid missing critical compliance dates.

We’re adding clear workflow insights directly to entity overviews. All modules with a table view will display key workflow information, making it easy to understand progress and next steps at a glance and ensuring processes stay on track with internal and regulatory requirements.

It will be possible to duplicate a resource to reuse the information stored on another entity. For now this will mean only duplicating the information on the resource not duplicating any connections

The user will have the ability to setup a custom function used to calculate the final risk score (similar to how you can calculate the value of each dimension today)

The user will have the possibility to add/remove dimensions used to calculate the risk score

The user will have the possibility to rename risk dimensions from probability and consequence

It will be possible to have the risk dimension being a float like 3.86 instead of 3 or 4
