Tasks should include:

Creation Date: the date when task was created (non-editable).

Start date (editable)

Days Open (non-editable, calculated field from today date - start date)

Preferably days open would also be tied to status so when stats is set to 'on-hold' counter stops and resumes when status is put back to 'on-going'
