one "role" can have many users, in our case almost a hundred. Problem arises when all users under the "role" become visible/are listed upon creating an incident. It appears unprofessional as you have to scroll a mile before even getting to read the incident and it also has an effect of uncertainty on the reporter when they see a long list of names.
