Exercise of the rights of the persons concerned

In order to be able to use the FORMALIZE tool to manage the exercise of rights granted by the RGPD by the persons concerned, we would need the following changes:
- possibility of loading all types of files (to date impossible to respond via FORMALIZE by loading files such as .zip or.msg.)
- possibility of configuring and customizing the response tunnel to the person concerned: modification of the standard emails sent by FORMALIZE when generating a response from us, modification of the home page of the form. To date we find that the request response tunnel is not very clear for people exercising their requests related to the GDPR.

Why a zip file, specifically? And could you also explain a little more around why the response tunnel is not clear/easy? Thank you!
