Hi Giles, this is already available on a per-policy basis. For each policy, you can see who has and hasn’t accepted it in the Acceptance tab, and you can also export this overview to Excel if needed.

Let us know if you’re looking for a more centralized, cross-policy view. We’re happy to understand your use case better.

Elisa Roata Hi Elisa, I know that this is possible from excel. It would be nice for follow-up that you can see it from Formalize itself without having to extract an excel per policy. A central overview of the users, how many policies they didn't accept and a button for a reminder to all employees saves time. This way you can also quickly see what users are deliberately not accepting policies.
