The possibility to re-send all the policies pending acceptance to the employees that haven't accepted them yet.

Thanks for the input! This is already possible today. You can resend a policy to all employees who haven’t accepted it yet, and you can also resend it on an individual level if needed.

Elisa Roata Hi Elisa, I know that is possible but if you have 20 policies updated at once in a new version, you need to open 20 policies separately and press send 1-by-1. 1 Button in the list view of policies would be benificial and less prone to human error. It is reasonable that it is forgotton to send a reminder on a certain document. What would also be benificial is an overview of how many reminders were sent to an employee and maybe a time based reminder for employees
