Evidence submissions make it easier to keep documentation accurate, traceable, and audit-ready. Update evidence once and keep it connected across controls, frameworks, suppliers, incidents, and risks, without breaking links or duplicating work.
What’s new
:→ Create evidence submissions to version and update evidence, with a collection date, while preserving all existing connections. All existing evidence has been migrated, so every evidence already has one submission.
→ Submissions automatically get a status (missing, valid, or expired) and a configurable validity period.
→ Add submission instructions when creating new evidence to clarify what information is required.
→ Complete a task with evidence to automatically generate a new evidence submission.
→ A slightly updated flow for creating new evidence or connecting existing evidence from a control.
