Reuse existing platform data in custom fields

You can now create more connected and scalable processes by using existing platform data directly in custom fields and questionnaires. Instead of manually recreating lists or maintaining duplicate information, you can reuse data already stored in Formalize to streamline data collection, improve consistency, and keep information connected across the platform.

Keep in mind that any external respondent can see your data, so be selective of what you share in your questionnaires using this method.
