New Email Design and Branding

Feature Update: Rebranded Emails Are Now Available!
In response to user feedback, we’ve introduced a new email layout to enhance trust and provide a more personalized experience.
With this update, you can now:
Include your company logo and primary color, replacing the Formalize logo to establish immediate trust.
Display the name and email address of the person who triggered the action in the system, clarifying who the email is from.
Access versions of the emails when the sender is unknown, such as in cases triggered by automation.
This feature is currently available for notifications about new task assignments, invitations to complete a questionnaire, and approval flow requests.
