More intuitive and interactive risk score

We’ve upgraded the Risk score gauge and matrix to make them more informative and visually intuitive. They now display color-coded ranges that highlight different risk levels, with labels shown on top for quick reference.
What’s new
:
-> Multi-color range visualization to clearly indicate risk thresholds.
-> Needle animation when adjusting probability or consequence values on the form (as demoed below).
-> The risk score can now be seen in the matrix as well with a white circle and the number on it.
-> Top labels for easier identification of each range.
-> Option to toggle between the gauge and matrix/bar-chart view.
-> Available across all risk pages, including create, edit, and mitigate.
