You can now add an
Approval Flow
to a questionnaire, just like you can for policies, risks, and suppliers. This ensures each response is reviewed and approved by the required reviewers before being marked as completed.
Existing questionnaires continue to work as before, so you can enable Approval Flows without affecting previous setups.
We’ve also made small improvements to the questionnaire view
:
  • Click the questionnaire name directly from the response page to quickly navigate to it.
  • Responses from anonymous users (for publicly shared questionnaires) are now labeled as “unknown user.”
  • When a response is changed or updated by an automation, it is now clearly logged as “automation”.
What’s new
:
-> Responses require approval when an Approval Flow is added.
-> Approved responses are marked as completed, triggering any completion automations and email notifications.
-> Rejected responses return to “In Progress,” allowing respondents to update and resubmit.
-> Disabling an approval flow now only affects new responses; ongoing reviews are not cancelled.
-> Users who submitted a response are now notified when it is approved or rejected.
-> Users requesting reviews on Tasks, Suppliers, Risks, or Policies will be notified when their review is approved or rejected.
