Expanded Open API support for Control frameworks

You can now fully manage control frameworks, control groups, and individual controls through the Open API. While older endpoints remain fully functional, their updated versions now use different routes.
With this update, you can:
->Get (single or paginated list of frameworks), create, update, and delete an existing framework.
->Get (single or paginated list of control groups), create, and update a control group (including all nested control groups).
->Get (single or paginated list of controls in a framework), create, update, and delete individual controls.
