We’ve introduced
Configurable Views for Incidents
, giving you more flexibility in how you interact with your data by providing access to saved filters and table configurations.
With this update, you can:

Customize your views
by creating new ones, applying and saving filters (including custom fields) to use whenever you select that view. You can also edit existing views and choose to save or discard any changes made to filters, as well as delete views you no longer need.

Share views across the organization
, so everyone can access the same saved filters and table configurations.

Organize
and save how data is sorted, whether by name or ID, so the table remains ordered according to your preferred setup.
This feature is now available for several data elements. Check the table below to see where it’s currently supported:
