Automations: Update Supplier

through actions in automations, allowing you to update data fields just like in the standard update flow.

You can update supplier information by looping through a data connection to suppliers, currently available for the questionnaire completion trigger.

Alternatively, if a supplier is the trigger element (new or existing), you can set automated updates accordingly.

In the update action drawer, use the multiple selector to choose the fields to update. A form will then appear for the selected fields, where you can enter new values that will replace the current ones, unselected fields will remain unchanged, and if a selected field is left empty, it will clear any existing data.
